BATRISHAnime

While leafing through the latest batch of o/s K-ZONE editions, i spotted this in the philipines edition. it's from an article called 'Turning Japanese' which gets a staff illustrator to give familar characters like SPONGEBOB and POWERPUFF GIRLS an anime makeover. i was nicely suprised to see BATRISHA get the treatment (although i wouldn't have quite recognized her if i hadn't have seen the name next to it)

BATRISHA on tv!

Just recently got hold of a videotape of the Batrisha interview filmed for DISNEY CHANNEL's STUDIO D program. (I missed it myself when it aired 29/1/04 but apparently it will repeat now and again, so keep a lookout, if you got cable)

I'm my usual hyper-nervous self but all in all, not too shabby. As they came all the way from Sydney to film this (and then all the way out from Melbourne to 'the hills') you get to see the inside of my studio and even my cat. (actually a photo of my cat, i hold up. but the cat was there)
